HOW TO RENT AN RV FROM TURN KEY RV
1. Select the right price group # (1-8) for your trip. Please review the Options/Services list to see if we offer items you may need. Starting prices are not posted, as everyone’s travel needs vary. Please contact us to request a quote or give us a call.
2. Fill out the rental application and send it along with your $250 (non-refundable) reservation deposit. This deposit applies toward your rental fees & is non-refundable. Reservations are on a first-come-first-served basis and cannot be held by phone.
3. Contact your insurance company and let them know that you are renting an RV. Include the insurance company’s fax number, contact person, and your policy number on the application. All insurance information is mandatory and must be completed. We will provide you with the needed information for the binder. Additional insurance is available for purchase. Please call for quotes and information.

5. Rental fees, mileages, and charges for additional services are due upon departure. An additional $500 (refundable) security deposit, payable by cash or credit card, is due at departures in the event Turn Key RV coverage are used. Your security deposit is not applied toward these fees and there is no reimbursement for unused time. NOTE: Cancellations or contract changes require a 30-day notice, less the $250 (non-refundable) deposit. Holidays require a 60-day notice, less the $250 (non-refundable) deposit. Less notice than 30 days (60 days for holidays), and you’re responsible for the full rental cost unless re-rented for the same amount of time. Sorry, no refunds on early returns and all units are non-smoking.
