HOW TO RENT AN RV

STEP 1: First Choose the Right RV For Your Trip

We rent out campers, micro trailers, travel trailers, motor homes, class A RVs, class C RVs, and luxury RVs.

1. Browse our floor plans and pick out your favorite unit.
2. Then request a quote for more information or reserve an RV for your vacation.
3. Each of our motorhomes have different human size, height, and weight restrictions for the internal accommodations (e.g. bed size, slide-outs, toilet, shower, entry-stairs, etc.). We want you to have a pleasurable experience with the amenities in the motorhome so please contact us in advance of your reservation if you exceed 5? 10? ft tall and/or 200 lbs weight so that we can discuss whether the motorhome you are interested in meets your needs.

All units are stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, and dishes.

Our units are fully self-contained with bathrooms, kitchens, microwaves, generators*, and air conditioning

*Trailers do not come with generators, but generators are available to rent.

STEP 2: Fill out the Rental Application & Submit your Deposit

When you know what unit you want, where you’re going, and when you’ll go you’re ready to fill out a rental application. Reservations are on a first come, first serve basis and cannot be held without an application and fully paid deposit.

Make sure to have everything you need for your application:

A $500 deposit, refundable upon return of a clean & undamaged unit.

This deposit (non-refundable if you cancel) must accompany the application. The reservation deposit will apply toward your security deposits upon pick up. Cancellations less than a 30 day notice prior to pick up you will be responsible for the full rental price, credit will be given for re-rented amount of time. Sorry, no refunds on early returns and all units are non-smoking. If a customer purchases coverage’s from MBA Insurance, an additional $1000 coverage deposit (refundable) will be due at the time of departure. Security and Coverage Deposits are fully refundable within 30 days so long as the rental is returned in the same condition as it went out.

We will need the insurance company’s fax number, contact name, and your policy number. Contact your insurance company and let them know that you are renting an RV. Insurance information is mandatory and must be complete. Additional insurance is available for purchase and may result in additional deposits. Please call if you have questions or need more information about insurance coverage.

Dates, times, and number of travelers for your trip.

Please indicate the date you would like to reserve your unit, the date you would like to return your unit, whether you need pick up services or will drop off yourself, and the number of people and pets traveling with you. If you need helping making reservations for your itinerary please let us know and we will help secure your reservations at RV parks and campgrounds.
