HOW TO RENT AN RV

1. SELECT the right group #’s (1-8) for your trip. Please review the Options/Services list to see if we offer items you may need. Each of our motor homes has different human sizes, height and weight restrictions for the internal accommodations (e.g. bed size, slide-outs, toilet, shower, entry-stairs, etc.). We want you to have a pleasurable experience with the amenities in the motorhome so please contact us in advance of your reservation if you exceed 6’0” ft tall and/or 300 lbs. weight so that we can discuss whether the motorhome you are interested in meets your needs. Starting prices are not posted, as everyone’s travel needs vary. We would like to help you find the least expensive option and run specials as well. 2. RESERVE by filling out the rental application https://turnkeyrv.com/application/ As well as your $500 refundable reservation deposit. The reservation deposit can be made on our website at: https://turnkeyrv.com/deposit/ Upon pickup this deposit applies toward your rental fees. Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be held by phone. You do not have a reservation until your deposit and application have been received by our office.

NOTE: Cancellations with less than 30-day notice you will lose your $500 deposit. If you cancel more than 30 days in advance you will be refunded the $500 deposit less a $100 processing fee. Sorry, no refunds on early returns and all units are non-smoking.

Rental fees, mileage, refundable security/insurance deposits and charges for additional services are due upon departure. The refundable security deposit is $500 and is payable by check, cash or with credit card. If you pay the deposit with a credit card a 3% credit card fee will be charged. This deposit will be billed apart from the rental fees. Security deposits are refunded within 2 to 7 business days of your return, any additional charges will be taken from this deposit. If you have any damage this will delay your refund.

3. Contact your insurance company and let them know that you are renting an RV. Include the insurance company’s fax number, contact person, and your policy number on the application. All insurance information is mandatory and must be complete. We will provide you with the information needed for the insurance binder. Additional insurance is available for purchase from MBA insurance. Please call for quotes and information. If you purchase coverage through MBA insurance, an additional insurance deposit of $1000 (refundable) will be due at pickup. This may be paid by check, cash or credit card. If you pay with a credit card a 3% fee will apply.

4. Pick up your unit and Just Turn The Key & Go!

We are closed weekends and holidays. Pick-ups are Monday through Friday only. Returns can be made any day. Saturday returns additional fees will apply. We deliver and pick-up Monday through Friday only. Closed Major Holidays. Please call for pricing on after-hours departure.

All units are equipped with kitchen kits. They are fully self-contained with bathrooms, kitchens, microwaves, air conditioning Motorhomes have a built-in generator, trailers do not, but portable generators can be rented. NOTE: A Class IV Hitch and Brake Controller are required to tow trailers. Micro-lite trailer require a minimum of a Class III Hitch and Brake Controllers are recommended. A Valid Driver’s License is required to rent, and you must be over 25 years of age.
